We love spending time in other countries learning about their culture and history. Taiwan has no shortage of either of those things! Here are just a few images from our trip there earlier this year. Walking to see the sights and capturing people in their element are some of our favorite things.

The folks over at Do Good Clothing Company put together an awesome behind the scenes video from our shoot with them a little while back. You can view and purchase the pieces you see in the video here.
Seth and Hope of Do Good Clothing Company are launching their web site soon and were in need of some images to show off their clothing line. We shot at an East Atlanta property that had a treehouse, alpacas roaming the grounds, and a bamboo forest.

We recently teamed up with Steve West of Silver Piston to shoot some images for his site and social media. We use the motorcycle shop that is attached to his studio for our backdrop and pulled together a team of rad creatives to make this magic. Much more to come from this shoot!
We teamed up with Surcheros, a fun tex-mex inspired quick serve restaurant, to help create some images for their fresh new web site. Surcheros recently underwent a rebrand and we were excited to play a part in their new look online! You can check out their site here.
Inspired by the Swan House at The Atlanta History Center, we bring you a 1920's tea in the garden editorial.

April is Autism Awareness Month and to celebrate, Children's Healthcare of Atlanta asked us to shoot some of their star students in the Marcus Autism program. These families have made some big progress during their time at Marcus and these photos help tell their stories.
The concept for this shoot was dreamed up by Esther Kathe who was our creative director and stylist. She had an idea for a before and after alien abduction. Before our character is naively walking through the woods without a care in the world. Then, she gets abducted and finally she ends up in another world where she has transformed into a different being.
Creative Direction/Wardrobe: Esther Kathe | Hair and Makeup: Molly Todd Model: Rachel Walters, Factor Chosen | Production: Natalie Hales
Atlanta comedian and playwright Mark Kendall shot for Atlanta Magazine's March 2017 issue.
The art direction from the magazine was to do a shot where Mark looked like he was standing in the spotlight. We took the title of Mark's play and took it a step further. That's where the rabbits came in. Check out the article here to read more about Mark and his show at the Alliance Theater.
We recently worked with creative director Tim Lampe on a highly stylized theme shoot centered around brunch. Tim has plans to pair the photos with think pieces he has written on the joys of brunching. Below check out the Raining Eggs piece followed by Brunch Race and finally Waffle Bath.
Creative Direction: Tim Lampe | HaMu: Hope Ferguson | Models: Samantha Sumner and Lexia Hairston for Factor Chosen also modeling Brandon Hayden | Assisting: Atalie Bland | Production: Natalie Hales

We wanted to do something big for our holiday card this year so we decided to go all out and turn our kid in to Cindy Lou Who. We created a set, sewed a costume, and DIYed an oversized tree ornament to pull the whole thing together.
Here's the inspiration image we found online:
Here is our photograph version. We know we're biased but we think this Cindy Lou is the cuter one.
p.s. the "Grinch" in our shot is Jason :)
Ever wonder what goes on behind the camera at a photo shoot? We had Erin Sintos on set with us during the Manhattan Look Book shoot to capture everyone in action. Check out the video to see all the people it takes to make a shoot like this happen.
Each year Atlanta History Center puts together a fun holiday event to get into the Christmas spirit while also learning about how people would celebrate the holidays in years past. We were there to photograph the event for the AHC and had so much fun with our family that we want everyone to know about it so they can go too! There were people caroling, a candlelit house from the 1860's complete with characters to tell you about what their life was like living back then, marshmallow roasting, signature holiday cocktails, and Santa was there! The final event for this year is Friday, December 16th starting at 5:30pm. Check out the Atlanta History Center website for more event info.
Look book shoot at Ambient Plus Studios in Atlanta!
For several years now we have been following the stories of the Bitter Southerner. They tell the tales of the interesting people and places of the deep south and pair them with beautiful photos. A few months ago we were honored to be selected to photograph a story for them. This is Patterson Hood. You might recognize him as the front man for the southern rock group Drive By Truckers. We shot the first part of the day at the iconic Atlanta Star Community Bar and wrapped up the day as Patterson played an acoustic show at Eddie's Attic. We were also able to shoot some video of Hood playing his latest single, Ever South and one of his favorite throw back tunes from the earlier days.
