Here are some selected photos from a recent advertising photoshoot production for celebrity entertainer, Steve Harvey’s new nutrition line called L’Evate you. Steve was a blast to work with and kept everyone on set entertained throughout the shoot.

ATLANTA PHOTOGRAPHY CELEBRITY ADVERTISING CAMPAIGN

They say that laughter is the best medicine, but Steve Harvey thinks that L’Evate You might be a close second.

So, folks, let me tell you about this recent photoshoot we did with the one and only Steve Harvey for his new brand, L’Evate You. I mean, this legend knows how to elevate his game! He created this brand because he knows health is the foundation of success, and he wants to inspire others to feel more vibrant every day.

Building rapport with talent is important for the success of any shoot. Even if that subject is a celebrity that has been in the spotlight for decades. I knew that Steve has “it” and can turn “it” on instantly to be great in front of the camera. I hoped that if I could build rapport with him he would lean in more and we would have fun, so I took a chance.

When Steve arrived on set, and before we started shooting I took a moment with him. I told him that I could tell he was nervous. “I mean with all these lights, cameras, and people watching it’s perfectly normal to be nervous.” I told him “you’re is in good hands, you has nothing to be nervous about, and I know he will be great at this. I gave him a pat on the back, turned and walked to my camera. As I turned headed for the camera he gasped or choked, his expression was confusion mixed with anger, and he exclaimed "what the (profanity)?" "This (profanity) comes into my... what the (profanity). I can’t even… (mumbled profanity)."

I was holding my breath because I wasn’t sure if he thought my joke was funny or if I had just pissed him off. Everyone on set cracked-up, and Steve was shaking his head. I let out a sigh of relief, because I knew in his own special way Steve appreciated my attempt at comedy. We talked about music, living in ATL, and working with family. As we wrapped he asked if I was into smoking cigars… In my book that’s a win.

Thank you Mr. Harvey.
